A Prayer for the Testing Season
"Lord, I thank You that my child’s (or my) value is found in the fact that they are Yours. Right now, I ask for Your peace that passes understanding to guard their heart and mind.
When the pressure feels heavy, remind them that You are their 'Audience of One.' Give them clarity of mind to remember what they’ve learned, steady hands as they write, and a calm spirit that remembers to breathe.
When they feel overwhelmed, be the lamp that shows them just the next question, the next step, and the next moment. Remind them that Your mercies are new every morning, and no matter what happens today, Your love for them never changes.
In Jesus’ name, Amen."
