Power of Confessing God’s Truth
Scripture Reading:
"'Does not my word burn like fire?' asks the Lord. 'Is it not like a mighty hammer that smashes a rock to pieces?'" — Jeremiah 23:29 (NLT)
The word "confess" often triggers negative feelings because we associate it with admitting our mistakes or acknowledging where we’ve fallen short. However, there is another aspect of confession that brings a completely different feeling—confessing the truth of God’s Word. When we speak His promises aloud, the outcome is always profoundly positive and life-giving.
Whenever a negative thought, fear, or difficult circumstance arises that directly contradicts what God says about you, don't stay silent. Speak His truth out loud over your situation. The power of God’s Word acts like a refining fire and a hammer, breaking down every lie and overcoming whatever obstacle you are facing. Nothing in this world can stand against the authority and power of Scripture. Train your mouth to speak His promises today, and watch how His truth transforms your mindset, shatters doubt, and carries you victoriously through every trial.
