Walking in the Power of The Holy Spirit
Acts 1:8 reminds us that we were never meant to walk through this life in our own power. God didn’t just save us and then leave us to figure things out on our own—He gave us the Holy Spirit as a gift. The Spirit is our strength when we feel weak, our ability when we feel unsure, and our help when life feels overwhelming. Every day brings challenges, decisions, and moments where we don't know what to do next, but we don't have to face any of it alone.
The Holy Spirit empowers us to live beyond our natural limits. He gives us the wisdom, courage, and endurance we need to keep moving forward. When things feel impossible, that's exactly where God loves to show up. He steps in where we fall short and makes a way when we can't see one.
So instead of relying on our own understanding or trying to control everything, we can rest in the truth that God is with us and working through us. Let's lean into the Holy Spirit, trust His leading, and believe that with His power, even the impossible can become possible.
Reflection Question: In what area of your life right now are you trying to operate out of your own strength or control? How can you purposefully hand that over to the Holy Spirit and trust His power today?
