Unstoppable

The Big Idea: This week, we are discovering how to put God first, remembering that He never leaves our side, and celebrating that He made each of us to do incredible things using Matthew 6:33, Genesis 28:15, and Ephesians 2:10!

Think About This: Have you ever built something amazing out of LEGO bricks? Before you started, you probably looked at the instruction manual. The manual shows you exactly how the pieces fit together to build a cool spaceship, castle, or race car.

Did you know that God has an even better manual for your life? Ephesians 2:10 says that you are God's masterpiece! He didn't make you by accident. He carefully built you and pre-planned a life full of good things for you to do. To see that blueprint come to life, all we have to do is put Him first. Matthew 6:33 tells us that when we seek God's kingdom above everything else—meaning we choose kindness, obedience, and love before anything else—He promises to take care of everything we need!

Best of all, you don't have to do any of this alone. Sometimes trying to do the right thing can feel hard or scary. That's when you can lean on Genesis 28:15. God promises, "Look, I am with you, and I will watch over you wherever you go." He is your constant companion. Whether you are at school, playing at the park, or trying something totally new, your Master Creator is right there beside you, guiding your steps!

Family Activity: Grab a box of building blocks or play dough. Have each family member create a "masterpiece" that represents something they love to do (like a sport, an instrument, or a book). While you build, talk about how God gave you those specific talents and interests because He already planned good things for you to do with them!
